Some time ago I read a journal entry (Thanks Ken!) praising the set of books called the Song of Ice and Fire. These are 3 books by George R.R. Martin. I got them via the wonderful service of Audible.com. They are over 40 hours each. VERY GOOD BOOKS. So good that I am really annoyed that book 4, titled "A Feast For Crows" is not coming out until 12/30/04. I finished book 3 yesterday. Now I have to wait until Christmas! I do love books that make you really wonder what happens to the characters. However this does give me time to read a couple other books on my wish list.

In other news - I have been home sick for the last couple days. Not really sure what is wrong, but wonderful bouts of dizzyness and headaches and a nasty sore throat. Sadly, Jade has been home sick too. Not sure which of us gave it to the other, but the end result is that Paul is keeping busy taking care of us. Kudos to Paul.

Not much else going on here. Hopefully a quiet restful weekend!
