Yesterday we took Jade to her very first Dallas Mavericks basketball game. It was a blast. Paul took a couple pictures, and I am sure he will post them as soon as his workload allows. She stayed up way past her bedtime, but she loved all the noise, and the crowd and the mascot. I am still amazed at the sheer size of Dirk Nowitzki. He is 7 feet tall.

It has been a pretty busy couple of weeks. I have been getting the last of my holiday stuff done at work, moving on to Valentines day next. We have been Christmas shopping, and we had Jade's picture with Santa. She loved it. His beard tickled her head and she kept turning around to see it. And it has been fairly cool outside in the mornings and evenings, so it makes it feel a little more like the holidays.

Paul has been swamped with work. We are really trying to figure out a better schedule for him to be able to study more. Between work and Jade, there aren't nearly enough hours in a day.

Not much in other news. Its been a fairly typical crazy couple of weeks!
