Well, we had a great holiday and a good new years eve. Pauls turducken was fabulous, despite (because of) the long preparation time. And the lasagna on Christmas eve was very tasty too! Jade got tons of toys, books clothes everything imaginable. I really can't even list everything, but here are a few things. A hello kitty fleece blanket. Some very cute clothes of various sizes. A train set, a cooking set, books of all kinds, videos and cd's. Most important, she got a baby doll. She loves her doll.

New Years Eve we had a friend over and played warcraft. New years day Tandwyn finally made level 60! Whew! And then it is time for back to work. Thats where the trouble started.

Last night...

Jade apparently decided she didn't want to go to bed. She climbed over the gate. Somehow she fell on her nose. This was around 10:30ish. I thought she had been sleeping. One trip to the ER and many grey hairs later...Jade is just fine. She has a nasty bruise on her nose, and it is pretty swollen, but she is ok. This morning I went to work late, and Paul worked at home and watched Jade. Jade is clinging to Paul like velcro. We are all pretty tired today!

The end of the day: all is well. Everyone will be going back to work/daycare tomorrow. Get the bad things over with early, and the rest of the year should be good. Right?
