Well, due to a series of incidents, I have missed a couple running days this week. I am very disappointed about it actually. I have been really good about keeping on my schedule, but then I had a very sore muscle, so I took a day off to rest it. Then Jade got sick on Wednesday night, and we didn't sleep for a day and a half, so I slacked off and didn't run then either. I am hoping to get out today, even if its just a short one. But I may just resume my schedule on Monday. We are all still pretty wiped out. Jade is feeling better, and seems to have most of her energy back. You know the poor kiddo is sick when she actually asks to go to bed!

Plans for our weekend are very casual. Its supposed to rain a lot, so we are staying in, perhaps a little shopping, and just trying to recover from our week.
