After five years of living in Texas, today we did what we should have done years ago. We got library cards. Even Jade. And she got to bring home a PILE of books that would make Grandma remember those days when I was young. (My sister and I would max out the book limit in our itty bitty library, every two weeks, all summer long.) So the library here in Frisco is fantastic. 4 floors, a huge kids section, and brand new. You can even renew your books online to avoid a late return! And to make it even better, its only a few miles from our house.

In other news, Paul took some of his time today to go and sign us up for a one year membership at the new aquatic center that opens at the end of the month. Jade is a little fish, so we want to get her swimming more. It is also a town owned and run facility that is easily comparable to (and probably better than) LifeTime fitness center. They have a childcare center so you can workout and not worry about the kids. Sweet! I can work out, then take Jade to the pool. We shall see how well that works out...

In other news all is well. Tired as usual, Jade still doesn't sleep much. Paul is actually in reading to her now. She did get quite a few books!
