where has the time gone? With me working part time at the Girl Scout Retail store, still taking care of my mom, grand-kids, daughters, and a hubby, I don't seem to have time for blogging...

I got the oppertunity today to visit with my good friend Cindy, and her family. I sure do miss them all! I just love getting hugs and kisses from those kids...they will never be to big for that! It was nice to visit, but I would sure love to visit with her away from her house and kids....just let our hair down and catch up on each others worlds.

I love my job! I love looking forward to getting out of the house for 5 hours everyday and talking with other adults....

a Week after I started this job my husband got ran off the road and the insurance company totaled out his car...so off we went looking for another car....we still haven't gotten the insurance check yet...gee what are they waiting for?

my computer got worms!!Yeap worms! those stinky little creatures took out my hard drive...we went shopping for parts, and my computer is way to old to even find some of the parts...so I just went out and got a new desk top computer but it isn't up and running yet, and I just can't seem to find the time to take out the old computer and hook up the new one....maybe tomorrow morning!

Life just seems to be so dang busy that I wonder sometimes how I have the energy to even walk across the room....some days I walk in the front door, fix a bite for mom and I to eat, and then I sit down on the couch and the next thing I know 2 hours have gone by and I have taken a little snooze!

the holidays are upon us and that brings us to trying to get things done for that....good thing I have a daughter that lives next door and loves to cook!

I have missed everyones blogs and hope to get back to writing and reading everyone's daily entries....

Grandma's Journal My Journal I became a Grandma at the age of 49 years old. Well I was actually only 17 days from being 50. My baby girl gave me gave me my first grandchild. He was a beautiful bouncy boy. Then 2 years later she surprised me on my birthday at 5am by waking me up and telling me "Happy Birthday Mom!" Time to get up we are going to the hospital and having a baby today! I told her NO that's tomorrow. It took a little bit for her to get it through my groggy head that she was going to be giving me a birthday present! and she totally did. She gave me a dark hair beautiful little grand daughter. Now I can enjoy spoiling 2. I have decided that the best thing in the world is being a Grandma! There is nothing that come close to that! I have been married for 30 years to a man that lives for his family. He only wants the best for all of us and spoils us all! He is a good man that works hard for his dollar. We have a pretty good marriage to say the least. Well it must be if we can put up with each others faults this long! My mom who has Alzehimers lives with us and has been for almost 3 years now. She is in the finally stages of the disease and still hangs in there. She loves to grab the broom and sweep. She does this everyday, and several times a day. I keeps her busy. She will even sweep the counch or the kitchen table if you let her. My oldest daughter is going to be 34 years old this year and hasn't lived at home in 16 years. I spend as must time as I can with her. But it is never enough. She plans on coming home to live and take care of us in 7 years. I cant wait! It's my dream to have her home. She is a dear friend to me and we have a great relationship. she always tells me that I am her best friend.

A friend of my oldest daughter made it for me, and she did a beautiful job. I will treasure it always.		2009-11-16 12:03 AM wow, 2 months have gone by where has the time gone?
