Businesses that are missing from my area:

1. The Container Store – I lust after all those containers and holders and receptacles and boxes and bins and tins and organizers and crates and baskets. It makes me shiver just to think about all that Organization in one place.

2. Paper Source – the “Do Something Creative Everyday” people have not deigned to open a store any closer than Alexandria, Virginia. I visited them in Bellevue, Washington and was nearly in paroxysms of ecstasy as I entered their emporium.

3. A movie theater that shows something other than the same fare shown at all the other multiplexes. This requires a trip into Philadelphia, which necessitates finding parking and navigating the one way streets (that change direction when my back is turned).

4. A Cinemark movie theater that shows all movies for $1.50 or $2.00 per person. I’m not used to getting change back from a $20 when we go to the movies, much less from a $5.
