Ok, i really really really fucking detest the Fox network. Hate, despise and detest it. I loathe, detest and despise what passes for goddam news on Fox. I don't watch shows on Fox. They boradcast the Emmys tonight and I watched a little but not much since i really don't know the shows. i don't have HBO , nor do i want it. And if i did, I still would never have watched Sex in the City OR the Sopranos - which got so much adoration tonight I was really amazed. And I simply don't like tv right now. I hate sitcoms which seem to consist only of "overweight clueless blue collar guys who marry smart skinny women who find them endearing" (with or without kids inlaws or grandparents). I can't handled NCIS anymore, never could watch CSI, Numb3rs is off right now and Studio 60 bit the dust. I watch the Daily Show headlines and that's about it. The other day I was filling out a questionnaire that asked for my favorite tv show. i couldn't come up with one. i'm still embarrassed to have watched some reality junk this year.

Fox censored Ssally Field tonight. Took her comments and blocked them while showing a camera angle of a disco fucking ball hanging from the ceiling. Why? She said if more mothers were in charge of the world, there would be no fucking wars. Not exactly a new sentiment. Apparently comdedian Ray Romano also used the work "fucking" in a clearer context which from what I read sounded tacky beyond belief.

i'm so digusted, so angry so fed up and sick of what passes for broadcasting in this goddam country. Oh yes, it was not blocked in Canada, apparently.

i'm sure they'll claim it was her use of "fucking" that caused them to block it.

Fuck them.
