I finally went out to see "The Departed."

I loved "Gangs of New York." I loved "Goodfellas," "Casino" and "Mean Streets." Being a Scorcese ganster flick, it would almost follow a priori that I liked "the Departed," but...

Well, I enjoyd it up until the last twenty minutes, when (without giving anything away) the plot logic started skidding pretty badly. On the plus side, everyone ran around shooting each other a lot in those last twenty minutes, so even if it didn't make a *lot* of sense, at least it wasn't boring.
