Meanwhile, I'm also doing the Clarion West writeathon. It's a fundraiser for the workshop--having gotten a huge chunk of scholarship money last summer, it feels good to be giving back in some way--that basically works like a walkathon, but with writing instead of walking. I've set myself a six story goal (just like Clarion), but with novel chapters counting as stories on the off-chance I get something like that going.
