Buffalo Gal
Judi Griggs

I'm a communications professional, writer, cynic, mother, wife and royal pain. The order depends on the day. I returned to my hometown in November 2004 after a couple of decades of heat and hurricanes. I can polish pristine copy, but not here. This is my morning exercise -- 20-minute takes without a net or spellcheck. It's easier than sit ups for me. No guarantee what it will be for you. Thunderstorms and tailgates

Contrary to popular graffiti, apparently Clapton isn't God.
Were that the case we would not be looking at thunderstorms for his show tonight in Jacksonville and we could enjoy a sumptuous tailgate with friends.. the way Clapton intended.
Instead, I'm working on Plan B.
The Eastern Adventure ended in our driveway yesterday evening totalling 3800 miles, 300 photos, four hotels, three private homes and more Rodin than I thought existed in these states. The trip laundry is in taunting piles as I coordinate details for tonight.
It's always chaos, but never boring. Just the way I like it.
