Yep, almost as soon as I posted that last one, I remembered two things to say, I could have just added them to the end, but that last entry was long enough as it is. Just two more tidbits on LB.

First, he's officially weaned. He'd dropped the right before bed feed 1-2 months ago, but still was nursing first thing in the morning. Well since I was out of school and work, I decided to see how he'd react if we went downstairs for breakfast instead of nursing. He didn't care at all. Shows how important I am to him!! I had just the tiniest amount of engorgement yesterday and today, but only on the left and only the smallest amount, so I didn't get nailed badly at all by it. Thanks goodness. It wasn't hard to give up the nursing, but in some ways I'm kind of sad. It was a special time for us, but now I guess we'll have other special times, like his face buried in my belly, right? Seriously though, it's nice to not have to worry about it and now other people can put him to bed or get him up in the morning or whatever.

Speaking of that, we've left him twice now with teenage babysitters, but both times its been after he's gone to bed. Unfortunately, the primary sitters that I know right now have zero experience so I guess I'll just have to train them or something, so it'll take some time, but I'm not sure how ready I am to leave LB during the day with a teenager anyway. More slow baby steps, huh.

OK and this time I'm really going to bed!!!
