Recently I learned that there's a Farrell's closer to home than the one we've visited in Mira Mesa (San Diego area).

It's in Santa Clarita. Not a place to drive to daily or weekly (although many commuters do that, plus more), but still, there's one relatively nearby.

I remember Farrell's from when I was a kid. I don't know where our nearest one was (not super close, but not really far away either), but I distinctly remember trips to the place. When we visited the one in SD, I was surprised to learn that they had food on their menu too. All I remembered was the ice cream.

Will have to make a pilgrimage out there sometime in the future-not sure how near, but sometime.
