It's been a while.

Quick update-we have the house, we're doing repairs/fixing up. We HOPE to move in this month.

It's hard to do all this in addition to raising a child and working full time.

The following people have been spoken to on the phone in the past 45 minutes:

painter #2 - got estimate
painter #3 - answer clarifying questions and got promise of e-mail estimate tonight
carpet ordering person x 3 (1. get quote, 2. order carpet, 3. get correct credit card # oops)
wiring guy's assistant (trying to reach wiring guy)
wiring guy (check in & answer clarifying questions)

ETA: and my mom and dad too.

Now I'm pooped. I think it's time for dinner.
