Willie has been gone a couple of weeks now. W and I miss him terribly. I'm trying to understand this as I am not a "dog person", am I? I'm a loyal and devoted "cat person". Right? Then why does my heart break every time I walk out the side door into the hot summer air and Willie isn't there to greet me? We were enrolled in dog training classes in the Heights but he, being so eager to please, already happily obeyed many commands. I feel so sad on Monday nights, like tonight, when I know our classmates are all working out and learning. Willie.....where are you?
