After the game and admitting to a first half slump, Kevin said, “That's right, baby, that’s big time for us, especially this early.” Kolb threw for 305 yards and three touchdowns against the Golden Knights of CF. "We're glad to get that monkey off our backs. Now that it's out of the way, we can concentrate on Tulsa (next week's opponent), get the conference championship sewn up and go on to bigger and better things," he continued.
