It’s party time again……..I do love the holidays. This is the first holiday season in four years that I’ve actually felt happy and involved in the festivities. Our office had a Christmas luncheon on Wednesday with the traditional Chinese gift exchange. I am blessed to work with wonderful people! Wednesday evening we had a very sparkly party at the Hyatt Regency with professional colleagues and friends. Friday evening I was thrilled to take my two precious grandsons to the production of A Christmas Carol. The Alley switches from one version to another remake every couple of years and this one was terrific. The boys especially liked being scared by the ghosts and the dance routines ~ very spooky! They spent the night so Lexy got a workout the next morning when they woke up. Between trying to play basketball with them and chase and fetch, she tired out enough to collapse on her bed and sleep for hours after they left. The regular stuff of life, getting my hands x-rayed and having fans installed under the house, etc., all seem a little of out place during the holidays, almost intrusive but still….

Roamed the Winter Street Art Crawl this afternoon and discovered the hidden photography talents of an old friend. Who knew? Amazing work, bright, such quality of definition in the close-ups. I bought four of them; actually hubby bought one for his office. You must see them if you come by. Amazing.
