Grandchildren make the best Valentine’s Day cards! While I value every card I receive every year from every loved one, the grandchildren’s cards are handwritten and colored with such care ~ they are just so sweet. I have a folder for each grandchild and each time I get a card or picture they’ve drawn to send me, it goes right into their folder. In my imagination, I see myself showing each delicate one to them when they are 40 years old. Sometimes, I just pull the folders out and rummage through them, imagining each young face and the work they put into each piece. So artistic and creative! I treasure each one.
