This email from our Precinct Chair post-state convention:

Dear Fellow 663 Voters:

The work began to bring a unified party together to work for the election of candidates that put people first. I attended the Texas Democratic Party representing SD 15 from our precinct as a Hillary delegate, but have honored her request to return home and fight to elect Barack Obama as our next President.

From all of us Clinton/Edwards folks:

We never doubted that we would work hard for whichever politican emerged as our presidential candidate and we will now do so. Personally, I'd like to extend my heartfelt admiration for all those who remained above the fray and stuck to the ISSUES rather than make personal attacks. As Jim used to strongly point out, "the minute you make a personal attack, you just became exactly like 'them.'"

Let us all move forward together now. Go Obama!
