Ok, just a quick entry. I'll try and stay constant... Yeah right. Just got back from Okinawa about a month and a half ago, bought a house less than a month ago, and have just been re-assigned to 29 Palms for a year. I won't go till January, but it sucks cause I just bought a house.

Good news is that I'll be with the infantry as their Air Officer (AO) rather than a Forward Air Controler (FAC). The AO is the head FAC. I kind of coordinate the air war portion on the infantry side of the house.

I'll also be in the middle of the desert, which will be great in winter, but summer... nuf said.
