Okay so a co-worker and I have contest going. "WHO HAS THE BETTER SANDWICH"? How does this relate to the arts journal, you ask? Well...it doesn't. It's the art of cooking. This one I'm going to need your feedback, folks. I'm not going to tell you who made what sandwich until the end of the contest. SANDWICH A: This sandwich contains maple-cured ham, fresh beefsteak tomato slices, sweet italian red onion, and crisp boston lettuce on a large sourdough roll handcrafted by local bread artisans. SANDWICH B: On potato bread, this sandwich is smothered in fresh tomato and basil hummus containing oven-roasted turkey and fresh sliced munster cheese and is sandwiched with slices of fresh tomatoes and a dash of salt and pepper!
