I'm kinda fussy today. Everyone's in a freakishly bad mood and it's rubbing off on me. AAAhh- get it away! Anyway, I had my callback today and found out the director's actually playing one of the main roles in the play...which I guess is okay. There are those times when you need to be able to look at the scene from another "angle" and you can't really do that if you're in it. In any event, I read the scene once and he gave me an "adjustment" (aka..note). I read it again and he seemed to have liked what I did. I wanted to keep going! Then, I have a bit monologue I perform at the end of the play. So, I did that one twice (same "procedure"). It's a great monologue. I nailed it the second time. The first time was more of a warm-up. I don't know. I can usually tell from this kind of thing whether or not I got the part. I guess we'll have to see. Expect a report back on friday. :)
