So...what I find the most interesting is when I submit actors to be cast for certain parts in particular projects...watching the project once it's wrapped to try to get into the casting director's head and use it to my advantage.

After months and months of this...I have concluded that THERE IS NO LOGIC TO THIS PROCESS. Yes...(devil's advocate) the market is constantly changing. Big freakin' whoop! I can't make any sense out of the casting choices you people make. I spoke with my manager a few weeks ago and he brought up a very good point of how much of the castings that are posted on the (agent/casting director only) breakdowns are PRE-CAST. It may just be protocol to post it and then they attack a different resource. If that's the case...stop wasting my stamps.

On a happier note, there was still snow on the ground this morning.
