So, earlier this evening I embarked on my voyage on the Long Island Railroad to Greenlawn for my audition with OnPoint Productions upcoming film "Anna". Since I've picked up this script I've REALLY enjoyed working on the two characters they had me read for. The audition was a lot of fun. Nice, Nice people. These guys were great to read with and have a great concept for the project.

I did something I knew better not to do. Something we all do from time to time and I got careless and well, I'll just tell you. I think between my week, the serious lack of sleep, and the commute I let myself get a little wonked out. I'm normally naturally charming in auditions but today I threw caution to the wind and it became more entertaining than interactive, if that makes sense. I think it might have made them a little uncomfortable and I felt kinda bad about that. I do think they enjoyed the work I put into the characters and hope they'll look past my stupidity and give me the job. This would be a great project to work on.

Anywho, we'll see how it goes. Karma - it took me 4 trains to get home...including the one I almost missed because I was standing on the wrong side of a two track platform. Ugh.

Oh, I start shooting Saturday as Supergirl. So after this film, if anyone needs a zap you know who to come to. I'll be shooting lasers out of my eyes like a pig playing in the mud!

Finally....yes, finally. Have an audition before my shoot Saturday morning with Flaming Faucet Productions /
Thumbelulu Films for "Can-Can"...an Indie short. The director is considering me for the role of Sarah and Helen(leads). Here's a little blurb from Lulu's (director) site:

Mr. Fix-It, his wife calls him. She felt safer with him at home, and he helped look after the children, especially the baby. He lingers at the door before leaving the house to meet Sarah, whom his wife knows but does not suspect, and with her go to a house on a lake his wife knows nothing about. Can-Can is a bittersweet story about marriage and infidelity, trust and betrayal. As David leaves his wife Helen at home to go to another woman, Helen does something completely unexpected—she begins to dance. She was still dancing as he left the house…
