The Mezzanine Restaurant at the Paramount Hotel on 46th street in Midtown is opening up it's doors to artists on November 5th and December 5th from noon-9:00pm for $5. They are celebrating "under 5's" (actors with parts 5 lines or less) with a 3-course meal in exchange for you guessed it $5 and a headshot! In addition the headshot will be displayed on the wall on the restaurant.
