Had the audition for the NJ Lottery yesterday where I got to sing Christmas Carols! Yes, you heard right. It was actually such a fun audition. Their concept is a holiday musical review as celebrities of the 1960s. So, it was like the Frank Sinatra/Rosemary Clooney old timey kind of Christmas show but in the 1960s. It was SOOO much fun. My pipes were working too. She liked the sound. It was exhausting...we had to belt out like 6 times and then do a little skatting. But, again, so much fun.

So, for those interested of where you can purchase Santa Fe Salsa, I found it on the internet...at Amazon of all places. It's a kosher salsa so you might be able to find it in your local gourmet deli. If you go to amazon and type in Santa Fe Salsa it should pop up the choices. They have Picante Sauce, Con Queso, Medium, Mild, and Southwest. I'm guessing southwest has a bit of a kick to it. Anywho, ROCKIN salsa!

Bon Apetite!!!
