The Great News...

My best friend Janice, formally known as Jan Jan, just won over the board at the apartment she wants to buy, has won over the bank to start her on her mortgage and is in the process of completing the paperwork! Just got the final news last night. So at the end of February, I'll have a new neighbor!!! Snickers is very excited to have his Auntie Jan Jan so close.

The Bad News...

My other best friend Joannie, formally known as Joans, had to put her cat Jackey to sleep yesterday. His kidneys both failed him. So she's pretty devestated. She actually told me before she had to take him to the vet, her other cat Keeper kissed him goodbye. Animals are so intuitive. It always amazes me.

So that's it. It's been a whirlwind right now. The conference launches next week so my head is spinning around that. Plus my "serendipitous neighbor" has been keeping me busy as well. :))
