"TaRa Rum Pum" (Don't Worry Be Happy) launches worldwide one week from today! I checked Moviefone the other night and they're starting to list showtimes. For New Yorkers, it's showing at The ImaginAsian, 239 East 59th Street at 3:00pm | 7:00pm | 10:30pm. Look for the really scary woman and you've found me. I aim to please.

Had my callback for Carolinian Shakespeare Festival's 2007 season. Mary (founder/director) is doing "Taming of the Shrew" and "School for Husbands". Went in and read for Bianca. Not sure if I'll get cast...my Bianca was probably different from what she was expecting. She's typically played as this weak "cheerleader" whose often shoved in the background. I gave her a motive...still keeping the innate sweetness...got some interesting things from the other actors in the scene. Both scenes went well. The actress who is playing Kate is tons of fun so I hope we'll get to work together. I actually blocked out the first 15 seconds because I ended up sort of falling a bit on my knee...again. (Take a breath, mom):) When Kate brought me into the scene, she swung me into a fall. As a stage combat person, depending on the fall, you have to let yourself down without hurting yourself. My innate response was to land on my right knee. So after the I rolled my eyes back in my head and breathed...I worked the rest of the pain into the season...all the while having a good time. Ice is my new best friend.

Had an audition today for the "Onion News Network" as the country music fan. That was great fun. Should be a good segment.
