2006-06-29 11:58 AM stress and anxiety--my old friends geez, well, what a frickin morning. rental car problems. i'm not pointing any fingers, but omg. at 10:30 am i'd already had a shot of vodka. i'd have taken a valium if i had one, but vodka had to do, plus it doesn't last as long.
finally, things are worked out, supposedly. if we show up there tomorrow and they throw another wrench in the works, i'll lose it and the body count will be high, trust me! i'm a little stressed anyway at the thought of going home. maybe stressed isn't the right word, but anxious. i really hate that place. if you're ever looking for the mouth of hell, just find ft. smith, ark on the map...thar she blows! anyway, this time tomorrow, i should be on my way, maybe a bit later because i don't want to show up there at 3:00 in the morning. i doubt my parents are heavy sleepers, but man, that is early for anyone. anyhow, looky over there <--------- like the hat? man, i love a good hat. wish i had more of them. my oldest sister and i used to like to go to stores like dillard's and try them all on. my middle sister thought we were crazy, and thought we might get in trouble for it(please, i was in my twenties and they in their thirties, but i guess j thought we'd be run out like teenagers), eventually, we could hook her in (and she even enjoyed herself). we could even get mom to play along. i do miss my oldest sister. we're a lot alike (so everyone has always told me all my life), so getting to see her is an added bonus. she's flying in from ny, but she comes several days after us so i'll only get to see her for about two (maybe three) days. hope everyone has a great week! outtie!
