2008-01-18 7:55 PM from the land of lanais that's right folks, they're not decks, patios or verandas...they are lanais (think "golden girls")
it's been a turbulant week. computer meltdown, health meltdown and a brief emotional meltdown (caused by computer meltdown) but i have survived. i've actually been loving the weather the past two days, raining and with just a slight chill (like in the 50's) that kind of weather makes me lazy and sleepy and man, at night, did i sleep, yes i did. so everything is just about back to normal. i think i have all my programs reloaded on my computer after having to wipe it completely and start all over (seriously, people who do those stinkin viruses, should be shot when they're caught) luckily with the xp, some things were saved, but i did lose a few. and of course, i lost everyone of my bookmarks. i really should do them in IE so i'll always have them...but say-la-vee (or however it's spelled) anywhohow, here's a little pic...yes, i know i cheated with the candlelight, but you can see a bit of red in my hair. it is actually quite red, a deep bright red (if that is possible) unfortunately for me, i'm right-handed, so the left side of my head didn't get quite the same coverage, however, i think with the peeks of brown, it makes it look a bit more natural (or maybe that's what i'm telling myself, because, honestly, it doesn't look natural and i really don't care...lol) don't mind my long nose, not that it's not long, but the position of my head makes it look a bit longer and at this angle, the tip of it reminds me of...crap, what was his name? the million dollar man guy...oh yeah, lee majors...look ma, i have lee major's nose...lol... one of these days i'll slap on some make-up and take a proper (well, more proper than this) pic. ;-) Read/Post Comments (3) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
