Well, my oldest sister knows my love of hats. So yesterday, along with my birthday card was this lovely hat from Peru (I knew she'd just come back from Hungary, but I didn't think she'd been to Peru.) She says that if anyone can pull off wearing it, it's me...lol.

What do y'all think?

Z has already refused to be seen in public with me if I wear it outside of the house.

Given that it's kind of a thick hat, this will probably be my Florida "winter" hat, not that I expect it to get too cold here, probably no more than an balmy 65 degrees, if that.

It has a nifty chin strap which will come in handy while on the beach. And of course it will fit a little better when I don't have my pony tail stuffed up underneath it.

YAY! A new hat!
