2009-12-25 2:38 AM Midnight Mass i always wanted to experience one, and while i really don't want to be someone who disparages another religion, what so ever, as a religious cynic, i must...
not really fond of a faith where a human being has to bow to another human being, human beings should NEVER bow to other humans (yes, Japan, that includes you) not really fond of a faith where the head guy has to read from a book held up in front of his face by a youngin...four times not really fond of a faith that expounds we are all God's children regardless of black, white, yellow (but forgets to mention the brown) and although being a faith that has started more wars in history than any other, somehow seems to forget this fact not really fond of a faith where everything is rote repetition not really fond of a faith, that i'm told is all about the worship, yet only about 10 minutes out of an hour and a half program is "off the cuff" and the rest of it is like a polite gazountite for sneezing. on the plus side, the music was great and i knew 95% of the songs. (when did they put the Lord's Prayer to music?) regardless, happy holidays. i think it's merry christmas, happy chanakka, good kwanza, great winter solstice, but above all, happy festivas (i kind of like the airing of the grievances part of this holiday.)
