Well, LB has managed to get sick. The other little boy at day care was sick this week and LB finally caught it. Not a big surprise.

Yesterday when I picked him up, his voice was very rough sounding and one of his eyes was a litle bit goopy. This continued throughout the evening, but he said he felt fine and he ate like normal.

The other little boy at day care apparently ate next to nothing for three days and looked listless while he was sick. I hope this contrast means LB didn't get hit as hard and will be over it quickly.

This morning, his eye was goopier and a bit red underneath and his voice was still rough. He coughed a bit. But the first thing he said to me today was, "go to Alicia's house and eat breakfast" so either he's not as sick as Zachary or he doesn't lose his appetite. We'll see. He was in high spirits this morning too so I'm optimistic.

I just hate seeing him with that poor goopy eye. He hated having it cleaned too, but what are you going to do?

He doesn't seem to be a miserable sick kid, thank goodness.
