Kids this age just seem to say the funniest things!!

Both of these happened yesterday.

When I picked LB up from day care the following conversation happened.

Alicia (his day care provider): Hasta manana.
Me: Can you say hasta manana?
LB: No, but maybe when I'm a little older
Me: What can't you say?
LB: I can't say hasta manana.

The amusement of that statement was totally lost on him.

Then yesterday afternoon we went for a walk and we passed across the street from a house where a group of gardners were working, they were fertilizing the yard and there were a bunch of white bags of fertilizer sitting on the sidewalk. LB took one look at them and declared, "Those are pillows over there." Um, I don't think so, and you don't want to take a nap on them either, they're stinky.
