I'm finally making the rounds at the various Asian markets in Raleigh, with differing results. For instance, the "Asia Market" is rightly unlisted on Switchboard and the Yellow Pages because it has the absolute worst selection I've seen. On the other hand, the "Oriental Store of Raleigh Inc" is quite good, and I spent way too much money there. I'm hoping to get out to the highly recommended "Grand Asia Market" later today.

And just why, you may ask, is the fat white American chick in these places? Well, originally for potstickers and dumplings ("Hi, I'm Luna, and I'm addicted to potstickers and dumplings"), but recently I've added a new addiction to the shameful menagerie: Pocky.

Yes, I know they're pretzel sticks dipped in chocolate (unsalted pretzel sticks, amazingly). I know there's no obviously addictive ingredient in them. I can't help it. *sigh*
