No English preface, and nowhere on the web claims its existence. But it's $5 well spent anyway. If I'd had $25, I'd have something even better. Grr.

And if you ever see a back of that special potting soil that claims to hold water so you don't have to water so often, don't get it. Your plants will rot. Exciting, yes?
