Yes, the plot is basic, but the flying books and the weird whatstits and the winged cat things make it worthwhile.
Second, pants. How very exciting. Cargo pants, to be exact. Will they do them in sensible colors? No. For men, it's bear-shit brown or diseased bear-shit green. Oh, joy. For the girls, weird greeny teal things, and see through, and, of course, hip-huggers. Have I mentioned lately that I despise hip-huggers? My hips are already wrapped in unpleasant layers of blubber, and I do not feel that emphasizing them is a sensible option. "Ass cleavage" is just not me. For some reason, however, Target feels that every pair of pants should be hip-huggers, even the dress slacks that coordinate with the suit jackets. So, um, no. So now I have a pair of black cargo pants, not hip huggers, black, that fit. $30 at military surplus. No, they are not fashionable. Yes, I realize that they're not really cargo pants. Have pockets, will travel. Read/Post Comments (3) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
