The Rules: The first player of this game starts with the topic "five weird habits" and people who get tagged need to write an entry about their five weird habits as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next five people to be tagged and link to their web journals.

First, I have to say that I'm not good with habits, period. Um. Yeah, that means that brushing teeth, etc, is pretty much a conscious process every darn day. I don't know why. So these won't be really spectacular.

1. Gaming, roleplaying, etc, I prefer male chars. Unless the design is so ugly that the female chars are better. (See eles & warriors in Guild Wars...icky males)

2. I name pets after surrealists. Ernst the snake, Picabia the gecko. The current fish is un-named, though, as I tend to use up names on them, the short-lived bastards.

3. I re-read some books, like A Canticle for Liebowitz annually, except when I forget. (did I mention I'm no good with habits?)

4. If I've had a bad day, I play with the corn snakes. For a given value of 'play', mind you...they don't fetch or go for walkies much. I'd play with the gecko, but I'd have to catch him first. Look, they're cute.

5. I have to identify 'bugs' (especially spiders). Except silverfish and cockroaches...anything spider-like, etc, has to be identified so I know what to do with it. Basically, the black widows get killed, ditto brown recluses. I used to be soft on the black widows, but then they started killing all the wolf spiders...

...so I'm just weird in general. :/
