2005-09-09 7:12 AM Another hat Mood: Excited Read/Post Comments (1) |
September 9, 2005
As the owner of my own writing business--or as a freelance writer, if you prefer--I wear many hats. Writer, of course. And in my case, that means writer of newspaper articles, book reviews, magazine articles, trade journal articles, corporate newsletters, short stories and novels. I'm also the editor of a technical journal and did some freelance technical editing. I'm about to don another writing hat, that of nonfiction book proposal writer and after that, nonfiction author. I had a discussion last night with a physician over collaboration on a nonfiction book, and we're ready to start things moving. I'm quite excited about this. My mission for today is to track down and work up a collaboration agreement so we can get started on this project. I'll keep you posted as things go along. Otherwise, hope you have a good weekend, and if you're in the Detroit area, I'm signing copies of Dirty Deeds Saturday, September 10th from 4-6:00 at the Barnes & Noble in Troy on John R Road. Stop by and say hi. Best, Mark Terry Read/Post Comments (1) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
