If I didn't have a 30 page term paper looming over my head....
If I wasn't 7 weeks behind in my professional report work plan...
And if I had some way of stopping time...

This is what I'd do:

Go on a bike ride in Golden Gate Park listening to my (broken) ipod and musing about the golden fall light.

Take some of my great cookbooks to a cafe and figure out what I am going to make for Thanksgiving.

Pick my car up from the shop, drive to the Russian River Valley, and stop by a winery or two and take in the views and some decent zin or syrah.

Do some drawings in wine country.

Write home.

Go admire my backyard, which is now more tidy since yesterday.
