I talk to Friend Producer, and she says that Partner doesn't want to deal with my agent. Why? Who knows. For some reason, my agent scared Partner away from me as a writer. By this point, it's April, and it's almost a year since Friend and I exchanged book for script. Since then, the adaptation remains unfinanced. I still have my notes, my hope, my enthusiasm, and my friend. We've made progress, but it's been an odd journey. And it's not over yet. In fact, she's gotten a nibble of interest from someone in a position to make decisions. So, we'll see what happens. Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
