Tom hasn't been able to talk to Paul yet, so I sit here on hold, waiting for the fates to roll the dice.

In the meantime, I'm going to try sending an idea to the production company at Hollywood Lit Sales, an online resource that gives people access to a production company. They've read one of my other scripts before and gave me a favorable (but still no thanks) response. This time I'm going to see if they're interested in a fantasy film.

And, through the Writers Script Network, a production company has taken a look (twice) at my pilot TV series. I'm going to have my agent do a follow-up call with them to see what they thought.

But I'm still keeping my fingers crossed about this adaptation...
