Well, we have a tentative production schedule for the showcase. Shooting for a January 20, 2005 premiere date, we hope to begin rehearsing in mid-October. We'll do a read-through for just the scenes, cast, select songs and singers, and then rehearse.

Deanne things she'll be able to book a 99-seat theater for free on that Thursday night, but we won't know for a couple of weeks when other play groups submit their paying schedules for 2005.

I've already hooked in a couple of actor friends for our first reading, and I am very excited to see what they're going to do with it. I may need to change the text some, or maybe not, but it will be the first time ever that my original material has been read by pros. Stay tuned!
