Rock : Paper : Scissors came out just fine. I had a cheering section of 5 (thanks guys!), we enjoyed a good meal, watched about 10 shorts, did a bit of networking and I had a key lime martini to celebrate.

One thing that struck me about all of the shorts is the sound quality. It's noticably rougher than I'm used to. So, for all you aspring zero-budget moviemakers out there, if you find a good sound person with good equipment treasure him (or her), romance him, and consider yourself blessed that you have access to him in the first place.

Now I just need to send a copy of my first little movie to my mom. :-)
