This year I've been submitting Spacetime (the feature) to contests. I received this e-mail moments ago:

Our judges have been extremely impressed by the overall quality of the scripts submitted this year, and they've had to make some very tough decisions. But the first round of competition is now complete, and the judges have selected the top 25% of all entries (a total of 633 scripts) to compete in the Quarter-Final Round. It is my happy task to inform you that, based on your first round scores, one or more of the script(s) you submitted to the contest has advanced to the Quarter-Finals. Congratulations!!! Given the level of competition you faced, this is a real achievement.

The reason I entered the PAGE contest is because they seem to be an industry-based alliance (prodcuers, agents, etc.) and not a solely award-based group farming scripts out to readers.

So, we'll just have to see what happens on July 15. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
