Jennise and I finished out Supernatural spec last night at about 1am. I turned it into the WB workshop at 1pm today.

We didn't submit our first draft -- we had 90% of it vetted with a valued reader first, and then were very careful with the final 10%. The final 10 met with approval from our reader as well, so we feel the script's in pretty good shape.

I think of all our specs so far, we wrote this one under the most challenging circumstances. We had a hard deadline, we started writing story at the end of June, we had one full weekend where we could collaborate in person, and when we did get together, I had distractions trying to juggle my wee one.

But it's done, it's submitted and it's not half-bad! :-)
