2004-12-12 12:00 PM A Story for Lone Star Stories I have the pleasure of announcing that the story, "Time, As Seen in a Merry-Go-Round Blur" by Michael Kelly, will appear in the February/March 2005 issue of Lone Star Stories. I'm very pleased.
Now, I only need two more stories and one more poem for the issue. On the writing end of things, I have 73 stories and poems out looking for homes at present. I'm writing an average of two poems a week and one story every two weeks, so I'm feeling more or less satisfied with my short work production. On the other hand, I'm still trying to think up a novel-size idea. I now have a real urge to write something long. Up until this point I've felt like I should write a novel, rather than wanting to write one. Maybe this actual interest will push me into starting one. Then again, considering my track record, maybe it won't. ;-) I just finished Gene Wolfe's The Wizard last night. I loved it. Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
