I just purchased a copy (hardcover, silly man that I am) of The Year's Best Fantasy and Horror: Eighteenth Annual Collection, and I discovered that "Ink Spot" by Kevin Anderson, published in the first issue of Lone Star Stories received an Honorable Mention. Go, Kevin!
