I gotta add my voice to the thousands who have discovered it:

"WHY THE HELL DID THEY CANCEL THIS SHOW?!?!"

My only theory is that it was *too* good and threatened TV-dom with quality. As "quality television" is an oxymoron, the forces of the universe moved to remove the paradox from the space-time continuum before it could cause irreparable damage.

(the universe breathes a sigh of relief as television continues on its predictable trajectory of increasing mindlessness.)

Good writing, lively dialogue, diverse characters, interesting story arcs... no wonder it only lasted one season.
