Mentally Replaying: "Juarez," Tori Amos I'd rather be: out on the road Aches and Complaints: stiff, tired I went far away yesterday and enjoyed (almost) every second. Hopefully there will be pictures soon. Apparently driving for most of 20 hours with few breaks can make a person really stiff. But there are a couple of things I wanted to note: Thank heaven for nice people! Thanks to the man who picked up after me cause my short pitch of a straw wrapper into the trash sucked so much. Thanks to the random dude who helped me take the one picture I wanted yesterday. Thanks to the guy who patiently waited for my parking spot while I pulled out my map...He eventually gave me directions that helped me get home. No thanks to the horrible people. Especially tha whack bitch driving the Ford Durango who decided to get mad at me this morning when we were both navigating downtown traffic. We both needed to get out of one lane that splits off to the 101 and get onto one of the lanes for the 110. There must have been 20 feet between us but because I dared to pull out at the same time she did, I was obviously trying to drive her off the road. Right. I drive a 15 year old Honda Accord. 2-door hatchback. She had a four-door, 4-wheel drive monstrousity. So all the way up the 110 until she finally exited at Fair Oaks we played some good old fashioned Road Rage (not LA Rage; I don't own a gun). *sigh* I need to remeber not to use my blinker when playing, it just gives 'em an excuse.... Anyway she flipped me off, I flipped her off.... And now I'm home.ish. Read/Post Comments (8) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
